Location: Pune
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth in the aerospace and automotive sectors by acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, and increasing revenue. This role involves managing the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure—while collaborating with the engineering team to ensure products meet client needs. Key activities include exploring existing markets, establishing relationships with major OEMs, and analysing market trends to identify opportunities. The position requires a strong sales background, industry knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, and an MBA is an added advantage.
