The Value Stream Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of value streams by eliminating waste, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth product or service flow from conception to delivery. This role involves planning, coordinating daily production activities, ensuring operator training, and meeting production KPIs. The Coordinator works closely with other departments, manages operators, identifies and resolves blockages, and implements continuous improvement initiatives. Key competencies include effective communication, customer focus, teamwork, and a proactive approach to change. A relevant technical qualification, production experience, and process improvement skills are essential for the role.
