The art of tool making is an increasingly rare commodity, but we consider it a valuable asset to our business.
We combine the latest design and manufacturing techniques with a team of highly skilled toolmakers with no restrictions on the physical size or weight of tools we can manufacture.
Our experience is based around press forming, offering single stage tooling solutions (blank, crop, form, and pierce) to fully progressive die press tooling form tools for high volume applications.
We have an impressive portfolio of forming all austenitic and martensitic stainless steels and other commonly pressed metallics.

Process & Testing
All finished tooling and the resulting prototype components are dimensionally checked on completion of manufacture.
Any tooling modification / development is completed and tested whilst the tool is on site at our facility.
