Teconnex Strengthens Customer Engagement and Growth Strategy in India
At Teconnex, strong customer relationships, operational excellence and talented people are at the heart of our growth. A recent visit to our India site by Sales Director David Redfearn reinforced just how important all three are to our future.
Over eight days, David visited our Teconnex India facility and met with more than 13 customers across Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Faridabad and New Delhi. The itinerary included meetings with several strategically important OEM and Tier customers.
The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, better understand customer priorities and explore new opportunities for growth across the region.

A Critical Market for Vision 30
India continues to play a significant role in our Vision 30 growth strategy. As one of the world’s fastest-growing manufacturing and engineering markets, it presents exciting opportunities for expansion across our core product portfolio and beyond.
Throughout the visit, discussions with customers highlighted strong demand for Teconnex’s engineered solutions and reinforced the value of local support, technical expertise and responsive service.
A World-Class Facility
A key part of the visit was time spent at the Teconnex India facility.
The site demonstrated exceptional standards across quality, delivery and cost performance, supported by strong operational discipline and a visible commitment to continuous improvement. High standards of housekeeping, organisation and 5S practices reflected the professionalism and pride of the local team.
Just as importantly, customer feedback consistently recognised the team’s responsiveness, technical knowledge and commitment to delivering excellent service.
These conversations reinforced Teconnex’s position as a trusted engineering partner, helping customers solve complex challenges and support their own growth ambitions.

Exploring New Opportunities
Alongside continued growth in clamps for OEM and Tier customers, several discussions focused on opportunities to diversify into aerospace and bellows applications.
These opportunities align closely with Teconnex’s Vision 30 strategy, helping to build a more resilient and diverse business while expanding the value we can deliver to customers across multiple sectors.
Powered by Our People
The success of the visit would not have been possible without the dedication and support of the Teconnex India team.
Their preparation, professionalism and customer focus were evident throughout the trip and continue to play a vital role in strengthening Teconnex’s reputation across the region.
Reflecting on the visit, David Redfearn said:
“India is critical to Teconnex and our Vision 30 strategy. This visit reinforced that we have the people, facility capability and customer relationships needed to continue building momentum. I look forward to returning and supporting the next stage of our growth journey.”
As Teconnex continues to invest in customers, people and operational excellence, India remains a key part of our global growth story.
