Hexadex Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Hexadex”) has four (4) UK subsidiaries: Eminox Limited; Teconnex Limited; Ceramex Limited; and CWM Automation Limited. We refer to these companies as ‘Hexadex’ in this Privacy Policy.

Direct marketing

Whilst completing the “Contact Us” form on our website when your personal data is collected, you will be asked to indicate your preferences for receiving direct marketing communications from Hexadex via EMAIL, TELEPHONE and/or POST.

We may also analyse your personal information to form a view which products, services and offers may be of interest to you so that we can then send you relevant marketing communications.

Third-party marketing

We will get your express consent before we share your personal data with any third party for their own direct marketing purposes.

Opting out of marketing

You can ask to stop sending you marketing communications at any time by following any opt-out links within any marketing communication sent to you or by contacting us at privacy@hexadex.com.

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes

  1. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in Hexadex-approved systems and cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and other business platforms used by the Hexadex group. These systems are hosted in secure data centres, with access restricted to authorised personnel and protected by appropriate technical and organisational controls

We keep the personal information collected for a reasonable time period and for as long as it necessary in accordance with the law. We will then dispose this information in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, a copy which you can request at privacy@hexadex.com.

The data we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Your data may be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of the third parties to whom we may disclose your personal data (as set out above). We will only transfer your data outside of the EEA where we have taken appropriate steps to make sure it is carefully protected, for example by entering appropriate contracts approved by data protection regulators with those relevant third parties.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
